We had Treasurer's Report. Hatpins are available for $8.00 each. There will be a Williamson County Gemboree' the 3'd weekend of February. We can set up for free. We will have equipment and panning booth. We have 50, 10 inch gold pans for sale on consignment from Earthworks. We can sell sluice boxes at 20% profit for the chapter. The gold to put in panning trough will cost us $188.00. This was voted on and accepted. Children ages 1 - 10 will pan for free. Over 10 years of age will be charged $1.00 to pan. Joe Riccardelli made a big poster in the shape of Texas that we can put pictures on. We are looking at setting up at the Wildlife Expo.
